They really just need to be torn down or fixed up by investors.I see a lot of potential for a rebound and a possible revitalization of the downtown area.

I really like what I see In Vegas as well its rebounding.. and with SALT I think the over flow from CA and OR will be real..

@Joseph Reidy  Also, just want to comment that anyone who rebounds like you have from what appears to be a serious head injury just a short time ago isn't just an "average joe" in my book !

For me it’s a bit of speculation because of the volatility of the Vernal oil market but when oil really rebounds my townhouse, which currently rents for $800, should be renting for 1200-1500 depending on how hot the oil market becomes.

My philosophy has been to hold for the last 9 years until the market rebounded which it has. 

The U.S. economy is expected to start bouncing back in Q3 and continue its rebound all the way into the following year, 2021.

I have friends living in and around Pittsburgh, and I'm also impressed/grateful with how much the city has been rebounding as of late.

I just found Charlston SC and will be building new co. there really nice margins in new co in that city.. so all in all having a great rebound to what was for me a nucular bomb in 08 to 2011...

I think we see an opportunity to be part of a community in the early stages of a rebound.
