How many people stopped gambling?

Most municipalities will settle for 10-20% of the total, but it is a small gamble.

So I also have a good understanding/ability to learn the numbers side, as well as a never-ending gambling itch to scratch.I hope to get more involved in the BiggerPockets community while linking up with somebody to learn from in the Madison area. 

And that same contractors gambling addiction spinning out of control.

Sometimes a gamble doesn't work, but you have the property now with income, and maybe the hot market will continue and you can sell the property!

Account Closed  its just real estate finance version of the Nigerian scammers.. all off shore all scam artist as I stated above there simply is no such thing as 100% LTV  5% mortgage money in the US... lenders would go broke doing that.... unless its USDA or some govmit backed program.. which these clearly are not... but if you want to send them a few bucks for fun and see where it goes.. just chalk it up to a learning experience

My name is Espen Hamre.I am a part of a large nationwide community with newbie and professional property investors, but I`m always looking to expand my network.I`m located in Molde, but invests mostly in Kristiansund and Ålesund.My short term goal is to build enough cashflow to replace my income from working offshore, I`m about halfway there after accelerating my progress a lot this last year.Since february I`ve bought and renovated 4 apartments, and last week I closed on my first apartment building. 

Definitely a gamble, but cool idea for a STVR.
