That being said, Kingston is more than just universities and prisons, and your ability to value-add (especially with a third unit) sound promising.  

That is the prison look and you can buff the painted concrete so they have a mirror shine.

Or just the fact that people who have spent an extensive time in prison, especially if it was recent, have a higher chance of not knowing even the basics of how to take care of a house or their finances.
