In my previous life I owned medium sized businesses - very successful.  

I would try some blessing or incantations from a witch doctor or psychic medium....OR take well lit quality pictures of an immaculately clean/maintained unit and lower the price $50 per week and/or put wording that says something to the effect of OBO and/or be more flexible with your terms/criteria...but still use supernatural forces whenever possible!

Short term (I think yours is more medium term)  we have rented to people new to the area, interns, students. 

Lenders may have different credit score minimums and some may allow for more credit issues than others but I am not sure of any lenders that will not look at credit (especially on small to medium size deals and new investors)

What would your rent be if you did something more medium term like furnished rental for traveling nurses/corporate leases?

I've had success renting out entire spaces as medium-term rentals (30+ days) on Airbnb.

I guess if I were to just ask one thing it would be, "What medium do you use to document your business systems if that's even something that people do?"
