Some of our clients we don't hear from all year.....David, we heard from everyday until he sent the email,  "Effective Leadership is to Decide, Delegate, and Disappear."  

I have been working on an A.S. in Business Administration and a B.S. in Organizational Leadership.

The City/County leadership continues to work on this and are making progress but it is still difficult.Overall, I feel good about the long term investment potential of Ocala.  

Given my employment, I have plenty of free time to be of assistance to a seasoned investor who needs someone to do the 'grunt' work and exchange will provide insight to the local market, leadership and guidance.

Until I see leadership behind an actual bill to stop it, then I will expect it to happen.I guess I will go on record as saying I do not think it is appropriate for people in congress to say they do not want a law enforced uniformly in all states. 

Demand and Supply throughout the county are seriously out of whack.So, what is the Snohomish county leadership doing about this in order to prepare for rapid growth and to protect local citizens from rent hike-driven economic calamity?

I learned to sit back, pay attention, and act when a deal makes sense.I suppose that I have taken somewhat of a leadership role within my local REIA by way of heading up a sub-group that meets twice per month.
