They've now ended that policy and are now offering incentives to have more children.In Italy & Japan you can buy houses cheap in abandoned villages.

Look at their finishes and what they offer guests, use that as your baseline, then improve upon it.

Coming from a family of lawyers the ones in my experience that make less than that are usually just not that motivated or are not that good at what they do.
