Lot's of hair on this one regarding a survey issue.

DIY is good, but why be the 70 yr old grey haired guy drivng the porche vs the 45 yr old. 

Think of east coast rich people on bad romcoms or made-for-tv Christmas movies that talk about "summering in the Hamptons" with sweaters wrapped around their necks wearing collared shirts with no buttons, sporting bad hair cuts. 

I know it sounds like I'm splitting hairs but some banks write HELOCs in their residential department....which won't write Investment Properties.

We pulled a list of 1,000 laser targeted owners and got an 8.9 percent response rate.

Goal - Simplification of Focus / Measuring Your Success - This is probably a bit philosophical at this point but wondering techniques on how people stay laser focused on the select few things that move their goals and business forward. 

Build up some capital - Lyft, Uber, sale something online, do hair or make-up, save all your OT, whatever it takes.  2.

Once the appraisal comes back it's usually just few days longer and a few more grey hairs from me chasing people around for these rush jobs ;) until closing.
