Strongly considering looking into starting a property management company to backpack other real estate investing.

My kids have grown up skiing every weekend in the winters and the summer activities are unlimited....backpacking, fly fishing, mountain biking, etc.  

I swapped to a new laptop and I am not sure I actually saved it!

@J L appreciate the welcome.....it's almost like information overload on here....sometimes I have to pace myself or I will be all other the place.... literally I'll have bp open on my phone app, open in chrome and on my laptop.....lol

@David Boroughes, keep in mind if I could cash flow $8K per year per unit I would firmly retired ad would be doing my typing on a lap top in the Bahamas.

I have the video recorded on a local computer (laptop) and I can access it from any where including my phone.

I remember a 22-year-old day trader who lost over a million dollars in a few short hours, sweating in front of his laptop on the patio at a SoCal Starbucks when the tech market imploded in 2001.

I will have access to the internet on my iPhone (and I may bring a laptop for back up)Please let me know if you had success hosting from afar, or if you had trouble.
