Frankly, I'm sure you do a good job in the space where you work.

I have recasted to lower my monthly burden in case of a job loss or something, but it doesn't allow you to pay off quicker, which is my goal. 

Where another issue arrises is I recently quit my job after becoming pregnant as they would not cover my maternity while overseas, my husband is employed however he works for a UK company and is British so would be unlikely to help us with the situation in the US.

If you made those free they'd be complaining about jobs or supermarket deserts or lack of public transportation or some other issue.

By no means am I a millionaire or did I get rich quick and quit my day job right away.

I added a pool and did some landscaping and have been using it as a family winter retreat and renting it to a STR operator the rest of the year.

I'm fairly handy, but just to balance things with my 9-5 job, focusing on something that just needs superficial updates or something nearly turn-key is probably best. 

Client rents that house and makes 1k monthly profit, plus has a really good paying job.

So they work a full time job and go to school full time.
