Interview a few which do similar projects as what you want and go from there. 

If they don't communicate with me about the rent being late, I also serve a 5-day pay or quit notice on the 2nd.I was asked by my current tenants, when I interviewed them, whether or not I gave a "grace period" because their last landlord did.

We are interviewing a few individuals to help us manage our properties as well and can have them assist. 

@Temitope,  I’ve invested personally in several, looked at hundreds of offerings, and  interviewed hundreds of other investors on their experiences.Crowdfunding is just like anything else, and there are both good and bad opportunities.  

I’m currently interviewing established agents but I pay for their Realtor fees, their MLS fees and provide full support.

Encourage your family member to interview with the managing brokers of the offices near his or her home.
