I also have wall heaters in the 2bd and the ba, but not in the kitchen/living room, which I think is to get around the lack of control over the central heat, but I'm afraid to use them because when I first moved in I believe the one in the bathroom overloaded the main breaker and it had almost caught on fire!

Wow I always wondered if there were any wholesalers in Atlantic and Cape May county, now I guess I have the answer.I get a few leads coming in down by the shore there but haven't been able to pull up anything that's a real deal....so far...but I've only been marketing there for a few months so I guess you get back what you put in...I would be interested in jumping on your buyers list though!

Knowing what you want to invest in is important.What deals and markets and returns are you looking for, and also the type of tenants you are looking to serve.

I do not think anyone who actually owns their properties would agree to doing this; think about the possible repercussions - damage to your property, going to jail for auto theft, and lastly pissing people off who will take months to evict depending on what state you live in. I

I'm not bragging, just stating my situation and how maybe I can be of help to you.Usually during this time I am working on one of my own projects with a live in flip or rental, but we just bought an acreage and won't be taking on a project by ourselves this Winter.That's where you may come in!  I

I would think you could put a new facade on the building and update interiors as needed, but I doubt any national tenants will all of a sudden move in, I could be wrong but just my gut.  

There is currently good tenants in there now, but if one ever decided to leave, to get another good tenant in I would likely need to update the windows and doors.

I have no interest at this time in actually providing agent services to anyone, but rather I'm just interested in unrestricted access to the MLS, and the ability to schedule my own showings for properties that I am interested in. I
