I also have wall heaters in the 2bd and the ba, but not in the kitchen/living room, which I think is to get around the lack of control over the central heat, but I'm afraid to use them because when I first moved in I believe the one in the bathroom overloaded the main breaker and it had almost caught on fire!

Wow I always wondered if there were any wholesalers in Atlantic and Cape May county, now I guess I have the answer.I get a few leads coming in down by the shore there but haven't been able to pull up anything that's a real deal....so far...but I've only been marketing there for a few months so I guess you get back what you put in...I would be interested in jumping on your buyers list though!

I do not think anyone who actually owns their properties would agree to doing this; think about the possible repercussions - damage to your property, going to jail for auto theft, and lastly pissing people off who will take months to evict depending on what state you live in. I

I would think you could put a new facade on the building and update interiors as needed, but I doubt any national tenants will all of a sudden move in, I could be wrong but just my gut.

There is currently good tenants in there now, but if one ever decided to leave, to get another good tenant in I would likely need to update the windows and doors.
