Those inclined to use their family members to sell and finance to avoid going over the exemption number could be construed as engaging in a criminal conspiracy, which could mean RICO statutes being engaged.I would repeat again, MLOs cannot just handle the origination paperwork and keep one legal if the end lender/servicer does not have a  license to lend.

If you feel inclined to do so, join your Chamber of Commerce...go to their drull meetings to identify your potential investors...leave postcards, brochures then promote, promote, promote...and always ask... you will never know if you do not.

The person that did the repair should have had some inclination of the actual life left on the unit and advised of this.We had a fuel oil delivery that was pumped into the venting pipe,, the oil ran into the floor drain and then into our septic system at my parents house. was a mess, middle of winter they had to pump out the septic and drain field.

Meaning, If I claim I stubbed my toe on the door step of your rental property and I'm owed $5 million for the loss of my pinky toe, your insurance carrier steps in and says "Hell no, we'll give you $50 to cover your copay at the walk in clinic...Have a nice day and be on your way."
