I have shared wild game meat I have harvested myself, helped change tires, given rides, drank whiskey, (theirs not mine), and the list goes on. 

But couldn't decide...So I let my new baby daughter decide.... and PINK is her favorite color...We didn't decide for sure to add this garage until a few weeks ago and had to revise our siteplan for approval from the building department.  

I think it's actually a nice attribute for a property to have, because trees provide privacy and the owner can decide what areas they want to clear out to build their house (assuming that's even what they intend to do).Some properties can offer even more hidden value if the trees are mature enough to be harvested as timber.

Right now I am taking out over 3 years of planned appreciation harvesting ($100,000 annually).  

I would look at Athens and Harvest before I would look at Scottsboro.   

I would recommend the close cell sprayfoam for insulation (~$400-600) or the ridgid pink foam.

Actually just painted... it used to be pink and green :|The top two on the right are roll down shutters (with the crank through the interior wall), and the rest are accordions on tracks.
