Maybe from the virus itself.

Our goal was to get 24 houses there this year but with everything that happened with the virus, we decided to pull back and increase our reserves. 

Here is her reply " I will need to stay here another year, unfortunately with this virus everything is out of wack!!!!

We are remodeling a flip, it's a big project and with all this virus going around doing a lot of job at the house ourself. 

Our concern is we may be unable to enforce an eviction if they decide to dig their heels in, not pay and try to take advantage of the changes due to the Covid virus.  

Second, due to the whole situation with the virus, I'm not sure if it's the right time to even invest and if it'd be better if I saved money now.

My crystal ball is a bit cloudly but if I were a betting man I would say there is almost zero chance of lumber or other materials/labor being cheaper in a year... unless... virus, war, etc...

@Joe Funari Ok thank you, that all makes sense, how would you recommend finding a REI group/club with the virus going around at the moment, because that has been my biggest hurdle.Thank you,Justin
