I’m originally from the Pilot Mountain area of NC but currently live and work in Nashville TN. The market here is out of control so I’m looking to do investing around Winston Salem, Rural Hall, Pfafftown, Mt Airy, Pilot Mountain areas of NC. I’m way more familiar with those areas and I already have some boots on the ground there (broker, agent, appraiser, general maintenance, some contractors). I’d like to meet some other investors in that area and create some partnerships if we have likeminded goals.
