In due time your seeds will manifest.

There is actually a IoT company called Aquadation in Austin that we have considered doing a seed round in that MLAW funded as well.  

You have the project lined up and ready to start but you need a seed round for legal, permits, surveys, contractors, architects etc.  

No business has come from this so far but she understands she is planting seeds that will come to fruition down the road.Would anyone be willing to share some strategies that work for them to help her get the ball rolling?

We have checked into the "seed money" thing thru WCAP but we really don't want to get a bunch of credit cards.

Plant the seed then if they come back and ask to rent it, we would tell them this is strictly business and you would abide by any rules that a tenant would have too.

Holmes property is in the Haughville area of Indianapolis which is a seedy, rough area that is part of the citie's "weed and seed" program for blighted areas.
