Hi, I'm Jerry Collins and my goal at this point is education in anything that takes my family from the rat race to passive income.  I learned a lot of the basic concepts and agreed that we needed to go there long ago, but between chasing the economy and employment haven't taken the opportunity to learn further how to actually do that.  A good friend just recently began the journey after researching and learning from others and has her first success in getting started.  I want to take my family to the freedom that a passive income will provide.

Welcome.

If you decide to stay local, based on the financials of clients that I look through when doing their mortgages (when they buy a home and 2 years later need another mortgage, I get to see how that property purchased 2 years ago has been performing by looking at schedule E of their tax returns), multi-unit in modest income areas seem to be the most consistent money makers in our market.
