I hear from a fair number of folks that are ensnared by one of these two fallacies right now.The first one is the "sunk cost" fallacy.  

If you are looking for folks who work in Philly then yes, being close to a train line or the city itself is crucial.

Building strong relationships with these folks is key to a successful closing.

This truly is a good community of folks.  

when I think back on customers to avoid.we had a period in the SF Bay Area were a lot of folks came over from IRan after the fall of the shah and I was new or newer..

Thank you all for all the information and knowledge you folks share in this platform, found out about bigger pockets through a podcast and I was like whaaaattt, these folks know what they are talking about I can learn here so much.

Would appreciate any other feedback from the folks here if you want to weigh in!
