I make sure to have everything organized electronically on my computer and the cloud and plan to have a different folder for each property.

Many of the older furnaces are better built with cast iron heat exchanges, versus steel in later models and have no electronics to fail.

This can be done electronically (via CSC and others) or via the mail. 

Some things that have helped me include:- writing things down in a planner: I have tried electronic calendars and everything else but for me, nothing beats making to do lists in my planner- routines: try to set aside a time every day to focus your efforts.

They are not electronic or digital, can’t be bumped, and very reasonable.

A Lloyds of London type of company is who will offer options.Aluminum has an increased fire exposure as it can't handle the electrical demands of today with all of the electronics.  

I have an agent that I like but he does not do electronic contracts.

The first apple did'nt even have a case for the electronics and they presented it to those were the initial shareholders....

@Steve Neill I make all of my guests, even the ones staying in my little studio condo, electronically sign a 4 page rental agreement with all sorts of legal stuff.
