@Chayson Descisciolo All of our properties are inside the city limits, but outside the downtown core.

It is in a downtown environment with access to pubs, highways, etc.

If you cant get good returns then start moving out to the sub markets, but make sure you do your market research first. also in downtown their could be some better parts then others etc.Without knowing your market it is hard to give specific advise. perhaps go to your local Forum / Market here on BP and ask for advise about the locations.

@Jonathan Diaz Its about 5 mins from downtown Redlands across the 10. 

East of Downtown (some people unfortunately call it "Eado") is close the Deer Park area.

I live in a suburb of Charlotte where there is a lot of re-development happening in the downtown area.

Since I work downtown I want to keep the commute as short as possible as I was commuting 3 hours a day for 2 and half years at my previous employer.I don't have much capital so i'm hard pressed to pay cash.

It’s definitely changing now with all the new development downtown.

Probably Atlanta or downtown Columbus as that is where I have properties.  

I moved from downtown Toronto in 2012 because I saw the soaring RE prices and the cost of living increases.
