I'm new to the US, originally from Australia and trying to get my head around all things investing in Utah (currently residing).So much to learn, soaking in the differences (and similarities) between what I thought I knew in Aus and here in Utah.I've read so much my brain hurts, but I'm keen to learn everything I can about opportunities, wisdom and common mistakes here in the US!

Seems like the financial and bio-tech sectors are booming there.I am hesitant only because when I read about Ogden, so often there is mention of crime, drugs, sketchy tenants etc.Is there an agent that focuses on this area and that would be keen to discuss potential opportunities and the market there?
