A lot of these southern beach & mountain towns have been supporting STR for 75+ years, long before Airbnb was a thing, so they’re very comfortable with it and it’s a built-in part of the community.3) The Southern half of the US is more forgiving if your property is out of service for a couple months (a flood, property damage, coronavirus) bc you earn year-round revenue.

Hopefully this coronavirus doesn't mess with my tenant situation. 

I've had both B & C class tenants who were impacted by coronavirus.

We believe that either of these actions would materially increase the risk of unnecessary loss or otherwise avoidable problems for the vast majority of our investors who have not requested to redeem and intend to stay invested for the long term.We recognize that the current coronavirus pandemic is evolving every day and therefore the situation may change rapidly.

We have a Facebook group and were just getting started pre corona virus.  

I blame the coronavirus for this, too much time on my hands to tinker where I shouldn't.

I just found a Coronavirus discussion on the main discussion board but wanted to drill down more specifically to get input from current STR property owners in the North Carolina Beach areas. 

Excited and admittedly nervous due to this coronavirus situation.

Just wondering how did you cope with this corona virus restriction.

And I wonder if it takes on greater importance now in a world of covid-19 (e.g. what happens if a contractor gets coronavirus from a tenant?).
