How would you compare and contrast your experience.

Shutters would add some contrast on the back portion of the house. 

Now, contrast that with the worst that could happen should a tenant in one of your properties get "sue happy."

I'm not a designer but for me its symmetry and contrast.

Fill tiny nail holes as the contrast between the black from the hole and the lighter wall paint is what your eyes notice. 

I realize there may be some slight variation in the numbers due to the order of calculations and whether you count PM (10%) x rent collected vs rent expected, but I shouldn't be getting such contrasting numbers.

By contrast, there are reviews on Google Business and a variety of other places, places that do not have NMLS mortgage licenses (Google and Yelp, neither have mortgage licenses, Zillow is another example of one that does). 

Could you compare and contrast Pace's mentorship to some of the other less valuable ones you've been a part of?

In contrast, some of these metros have multiple zip codes which might point to a broader regional trend.
