I think in some states you are required to provide appropriate accommodation if the apartment is unlivable, but unless she was in a Class A apartment, Marriott seems like a luxury.

America house hacking also encourages minimalism because we would not all need the large houses on every block to accommodate.

You must also make reasonable accommodations for them.

The property is not located on a hill and it is certainly not in an area that would accommodate a high-rise so that makes me wonder.
