How does it compare to the competition?

Either way, you want to be close to something that is drawing visitors to the area or you'll likely face too much competition to be profitable in my opinion.  

It seems that pushing them to do their jobs is always essential; - There is a lack of horizontal connections between employees.

I'll message you but I'd also be interested to know which areas of service are lacking.

@Rick Albert Thanks Rick that is a good point they were MLS properties, my point about the REIA was more so to bring the property in front of the Agents in the group that work with traditional buyers that maybe haven’t had luck finding homes on MLS either due to budget or competition 

Pretty competitive comp for this part of town. 

While prices have risen, there are still good opportunities for fix-and-flip projects if you can find properties at a discount or in need of renovations.That said, market conditions can shift quickly, and Tampa has become more competitive.

There are some packages that offer great property management, but are really lacking in the accounting side.

Secondly on a single location policy who is everyone finding to have the most competitive costs?
