It doesnt HAVE to take a lot of work per se (but it does), but the reason it is so challenging is that you need to come up with your own strategies for SEO to be REALLY powerful and effective> And THAT my friend, is difficult.

Was able to find a nice place to rent in the SE area. 

I ended up picking up a duplex in SE Cape that needs some work near downtown for around $200K. 

@Nick Elg  I spent nearly a year getting my team dialed in, but I've done several deals in SE UT and have done very well on most - broke even on 1, haven't lost... yet (knock on wood).Carbon and Emery counties are made up of small towns and are good markets IF (and that's a big IF) you know how to navigate the small town "stuff". 

Many believe the mass migration of SE to Capitol Heights is what dropped the value many moons ago.

Rental income is always passive income and never subject to SE tax even if you materially participate.If you are completely shutting off your schedule C business, than you would not report anything in schedule C.

And Poom.All that is left to do is apply this credibility in a way that google can see and notice what you are doing, and you become a GOD in SEO.So now my little Yooman, I am immortal, looking down on alll the lil SEO companies that think they cracked the code, while they don't even have a clue how to begin spelling S E O.Here is the thing.. anyone that is a self proclaimed marketer will tell you they know SEO right?

Was just going to post about the S E "corridor" as I call it, CG, AZ City, Eloy & Coolidge. 

BUT my son was peeved when we decided that no spouse will be a beneficiary of the Trust per se, but grandkids are covered.
