Just my point of view, not a statistical fact that I know of. 

They were made by a company called Federal Pacific, and they went out of business because they manufactured breakers that only tripped about half the time (actual statistic).

They may have them, they may not.As for vacancy rate on a particular neighborhood there is not going to one central statistical database that has this data.

As for the rest of your statistics, yes, that was the estimate without effective stimulus.

Statistic: 2000 folks now living downtown. 4 years ago a couple hundred or less.

Yet you’ll throw out a made up statistics to try to make a point; which ultimately just lowers your credibility.

If anyone out there is the academic type, do statistical pairing tests using HMDA data.

When I say college education, I am referring to a 4-year university, not 3 years at a community college, then some part-time or online college.Obviously certain majors have better statistics with respect to salary & employment data, but part of going to college is learning about yourself & pursuing a degree in a field one finds interesting.

Second, people with bachelor degrees and master degrees are statistically wealthier than those than don’t have them, at every point in their life.

Does anyone have any suggestions on websites with the best/clearest data for picking investment areas based on statistics?
