Lets say that same tenant who is a single mother who has terminal cancer and is a minority that is getting evicted due to nonpayment but it comes out the university is behind it, that's someone's pr nightmare at the university. 

Everyone wants a flashy car or be able to take there family anywhere in world or cure cancer.

In this time not only are we finding that just about any death is labeled a covid death such as those with cancer, 104 years old, hit by a car, just about any and every death has magically become due to covid, but still lets go with 100k even though facts are it's grossly inflated.

It includes the 30 year old mom fighting breast cancer.

But that sounds like cancer to me.

It turns out, the family is relocating temporarily because the mother has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, and they are undergoing clinical trials in the area.

I had cancer so I been through a tough ten years but am back to doing what I have always had a passion to do!

Another one I had was ;Had a mid 50’s tenant dying of cancer .in his final days he was in a good deal of pain .

Tenants sister's husband was out of work because of cancer and they expected some leeway on rent because illness.
