Like we discussed, the local REIA is where it's at, and the best way to get plugged into the Fort Wayne Investment scene (.....IMHO). 

These resorts have amenities guests love, pools, spas, clubhouses, water slides, mini movie theaters, tiki bars, tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, games arcades, playgrounds and some even have restaurants.

I leave cheap granola bars on the table and a bottle of water in the fridge for each person staying.

Or your broker can do that with an Agreement to Amend Contract.Since the NC forms are written and approved by the Bar and Brokers' Association, it would be in your best interest to talk to a NC RE attorney, if you want to add/delete language.
