Owner said it has updated electric and copper plumbing newer forced air furnaces and c/a conditioners and some more updates. 2 of the 6 units are vacant and 3 units are being rented at $900.00/month with one unit being used to house the property manager.

Looking through records of the BK court they have listed on the trustee's report State tax commission claim allowed $30K and a /IRS claim allowed $50K    but I don't see any liens on the property in the county court clerk records. obviously I'll meet with an attorney (because this bankruptcy is so drawn out)  before I bid on the property (courthouse steps) but looking for thoughts/opinions.

Some say asking if the owner is willing to sell is soliciting and others say it isn’t so I was airing on the safe side but either way doing a bulk slip trace would save me some time.
