Thanks Corey Moody for the help on this one, btw.After this, I jokingly mentioned to Ashley that by the time she quits, she may not have anything to do within the company if I can figure out how to work less and outsource more of my daily tasks.Fast forward 6 months, while I haven't figured out how to not work at all, I have outsourced almost all desktop, minimum wage tasks....Every day, I get emails similar to this one below from my VA team in the Philippines.

However, I would like to hear from some of the members here regarding my current adventure and experiences with contractors.

So for the first year i think ill try to manage the property myself, also want to get some landlording experience before i hand over the task to a PM.

I also, see what you are saying about having to put the house number in which makes the task seem daunting.

In return I would offer my time doing somewhat menial tasks that can be easily delegated or something similar.Thanks,Xavier

The tasks I did were entry level (like $13/hr work... gotta start somewhere right?). 

They rent themselves.Your anxious because you have just given away a lot of cash for a task that was a walk in the park and probably set your price below market.

Task management is not very good right now (but they say improvements are coming), getting data out is so-so.

My 2 am bandit sign adventures were definitely exhilarating partly due to the fact that I was looking behind my back then entire time to make sure I didn't get caught placing them.

Delegating your tasks is crucial in this aspect of real estate.
