There are a lot of youtube influencers that make these scenario's sound like they are perfectly normal, even though they verge on, or are, outright fraud.

I've been watching BP youtube daily for months,  read many many books, been practicing running numbers with an app finding deals etc, plan on taking boot camps here and also Zubers course. 

Once I have more savings built-up, from what I have seen on YouTube I am thinking I want my first property to be either a duplex or triplex turnkey where I will use a FHA Loan.

I still love it- great music and food, good biking and climbing and world class kayaking.

She's got a lot of YouTube videos about midterm rentals and does consulting with new MTR buyers. 

Most of these lessons can be learned here on Bigger Pockets or through Youtube channels. 

Not using a percent of rent for those category's is the first time Ive heard that , All i know is bigger pockets forums , podcasts, real-estate rookie , some other YouTube and common books recommended from that circle.

They just suddenly popped up on YouTube and I must have clicked on it by accident.

You don't need to watch 1,000 hours of YouTube before you're successful.
