Any good one line introductions or small speech’s that one has effectively used would be such a big help for me!

The first two days were a lot of motivational speech and motivational movie clips.

While every good salesman will give you the speech that "some seams in the door frame may be visible as the seasons cause the wood to expand and contract" it is so vastly improved by respectable suppliers these days it is not the issue it once was.  

All of my high school friends and I chose good career paths--I'm an accountant, and my closest friends became engineers, pharmacists, physical therapists, speech pathologists, etc. 

My plans are approved and now just getting an idea on the cost of all the big stuff such as foundation, framing, trusses, etc.Hoping to get it done for under $200 sf

Trusses missing in attic.

I just got a new to me house for myself and family and we are in the process of tearing down old 1 car garage and moving that footprint back and going to a new 24' wide by 26' deep garage with special order trusses that will give a 10' wide by 5' high room in the attic.

We have completely gutted it and taken down to the studs, rebuilt the trusses as there were some broken from the snow load, we'll reconfigure the kitchen put in drywall, completely redo the bathrooms, decks, etc.
