Thanks for that post Kyle, I agree that owning rentals in and around Military towns provide some great advantages, chief among them BAH expanding the available pool of renters that meet the income requirements.However, the military is nothing more than a subset of the larger population they defend, thus they won't, on average, have any special characteristics that don't exist in the general population. 

I actually found a local one in Syracuse NY but may only be for that specific area.

Also not sure where this one is, but we hold properties in a number of the "C Class" areas currently (We own in West Central, Hillyard, Chief Garry Park and East Central) and honestly they are almost easier rentals than some of the A/B class properties we own just because those tenants want some stability in their housing and arent looking to move around much!
