I have been reading and researching and listening to the podcasts religiously and feel ready to get my feet wet. 

(I'm assuming partnerships would be necessary early on as I am not joining the game with a great deal of capital)I understand the subject matter is broad, however I DO know that I know nothing, and am glad to receive any advice that would awaken me to the realities of the profession.

Busy paying the HELOC off again now.The only other advice I have that my wife and I follow religiously is making sure we live well below our means.

Start with reading and listening to podcasts religiously and you’ll progress.

I'm not judging the indivduals on their race, sex, sexuality or religious beliefs.

It's been a rude awakening to witness how many contractors promise one thing a don't do it.

I listen religiously.  

I suppose the religious ones pray!

The response was not rational.So it was a rude awakening to what happens when you get people out of their comfort zone.
