I enjoy the outdoors and sports.

Anything other than a "sporting shotgun" whose barrel diameter is greater than half an inch.

Already right where we are projects like sports arenas, hospitals,  new commercial and residential buildings are slated to go up soon.

Also, there are some solid stock choices out there that are not at all at risk of declining steeply but also sport a 5-6% dividend alone.

I live in Oakland and Interested.I know a spot in Pleasanton called PICK 6 sport bar, the owner is very accommodating. 

we simply dont do that here.OH and well we dont pump our own gas anyway.. its illegal.. and well since i went electric i dont even buy gas.but the point is in those areas petty theft is a sport.. 

I read too many new landlords buying a house, and instantly jacking the rent up on the tenant, too many new landlords making up the law as they go along, too many new landlords that are heading straight to slumlording.But I would still hate for BP to turn into forums I've seen in the past where a group of users who have massive post counts, have a clique going, and berate new users for sport.

I did vote on your last post though because I love the analogy of the "everyone gets a trophy" kids' sports teams.

I am not sure exactly what that means but appears they have been worth recognizing :) I know their sports programs like football and basketball have had success many years.

As far as I can remember, the city itself was the place you'd go for work or pleasure... sports, arts, theatre,  shopping.
