Same of course for any of the supporting personnel, like title companies, mortgage brokers etc.What about the financial advisor that invests his clients money in real estate deals.  

Working with their maintenance personnel we are making improvements to there quality of work. 

They said they do not have the in-house personnel to do this work and I (or whoever) would need to have it done ahead of time, and that they would need copies of that information filed with the prevailing county to proceed (the deceased's homestead was in a different county than the target property).I am getting a quick opinion from my real estate attorney's on retainer to see if I need a probate attorney or if this scenario is simple "any attorney can do it" business.Getting under contract is top priority and in progress.
