It is a killer market that seems to have doubled in value overnight.

They are reaching out for replacement checks to be sent via overnight courier, and they are dealing with liens as of the date the package was received.

It doesn't happen overnight, but it's obviously happening.  

Unfortunately the few bad tenants are the ones we generally hear about, not the multitude of good ones...like I myself was for my LL.So I'm sure there will be impacts, and I'm sure there will be bad actors, but legislation like this doesn't suddenly overnight create an implosion in an entire industry.

Tax appraisals are a joke....they can be way high, they can be way low, they can change overnight.
