Just do that yourself... its very easy especially when you include wine and standard low-cost stock paint from Walmart.

In short, I own a Farm Property along the " Foxen Canyon Wine Trail " in Santa Barbara County, surrounded by vineyards and farms.

Golfing, biking & fitness clubs, theater, wine tasting, etc.

I have an opportunity to buy a STR in the heart of wine country near Geneva-on-the-lake in Ohio and was curious to hear from others who are currently doing STRs in that market.
