Hi @Marshall Shen some other expenses to consider is lawn care and snow removal costs.

If you look at a normal SFR or any kind of MFR, always include management.What about lawn care, snow removal, insurance, and utilities?

Insurance is way to low for a $500k+ property.Lawn care or snow removal?

What about water/sewer, lawn care, and snow removal for the duplex?

I'm trying to head into the process with my eyes wide open, and yet . . . it snowed here today, we're both working from home, and I've been distracted by internet real estate sites and pretty, pretty condo listings. 

If not, and its only snow removal or lawn care I'm not as willing to go for the High HOA.
