That said, one of my tenants over the years has acquired a parakeet and a fish tank, but she keeps the house immaculately clean, and says she doesn't ever want "pets" ;)I do allow pets in our condos, but they are regulated by the association rules (less than 20 pounds).

Second, I'd invariably have at least one socket at move out where a regular bulb burned out and in attempting to remove it, the tenant broke the glass off, leaving the end in the socket for me to fish out.
