The lots rent out for $60-$90 per night, which is pricey, but they have tons of amenities like clubhouse, pool, minigolf, boat storage and ramp, social events, etc, and cater to a high-end RV crowd.

Your best bet is to review a self storage rental agreement, and work from that.

Legally speaking the lender who foreclosed should come in to the property and clear out the belongings and put them into storage.

Just because there are three units there doesn't mean that it is legal.We currently manage a 2 unit that has an extra house on the property that we let the tenants use for storage as the property is only zoned for sfr/duplex.

Add additional income sources: If you have some vacant land, consider adding some mini storage units, or fence it off and offer storage for RV's, Boats, and extra automobiles.
