No system is perfect, but I found this helped along with checking in on your properties.Having the smart locks, that run on z-wave or wifi could mean an extra expense for you.They also sell trap screws which were helpful to prevent tenants from changing locks on you.

So the smart money changes in the gold/silver for way more houses then they had before, and ride the wave back up.

@Mark Elliott I'm trying my best to get over it lol that's why I'm on BP and I'm loving the encouragement I'm receiving from this site.

Prices there are sky-high, returns are minimal, inventory is low, and the big appreciation wave already happened.

I make surfers stronger so they can paddle out at the bay, grab 2 waves before being beaten to death and drive back to SD alive. ;) Good luck on the vacation rental play.
