Anyone out there in Tolland County in CT area now a good electrician?

Hello Members,Does anyone have any recommendations/referrals for electricians, roofers, laborers  in or around Coweta County, Ga that work well with investors? 

The live in manager probably doesn't have as broad a skill set as a professional property manager and almost definitely does not have strong relationships with electricians, plumbers and other skilled contractors that will likely be needed at some point and therefore may be expensive.  

I also have a lifelong friend that is an electrician, and he is almost complete with a self completed addition/remodel of the home he lives in now.

Becoming a real estate agent or taking up some type of trade - electrician, plumber, etc could be very helpful.

If someone goes on a message board and asks how to do it, I say "It's best if you hire an electrician".In reality you pop the breaker and it's 4 screws.

I mean really- if I have to electricians out and they say it's not an issue, I have to go with the professional opinion.

You can also get in touch with several reputable contractors in your area that specialize in certain things and get some reasonable ballpark figures - electricians for panel replacements, roofers for asphalt shingle roof replacement per square, etc.

Even if you can't point to a  specific person, it would be helpful to know who may be qualified to do the work (electrician versus handyman).

My passion even helped put me through college as I worked for contractors and electricians during the summer.
