There are currently 3 beds and 2.5 baths on the main level (one of the bedrooms has a full bath) and the upstairs is a large master suite with a large bath and a closet/dressing room that’s about 300sf.

I think it really dresses up the place nicely.We are renting our half duplex for $1100 in a market where an outdated, cheaply done unit in a less desirable neighborhood would rent for ~$750-$900. $1100-$1200 is the highest I have seen for our market.
