Most of my investors have doubled if not tripled their value from 3-5 years ago in multiple states. 

I'm not a fan of double closing especially for the unexperienced because the sellers realtor's primary alliance is with the seller not buyer and it is impossible that you are both getting equal treatment. 

after about $550,000 in remodel costs we reopened the wash under a new name with new logos and branding. we introduced targeted online marketing ads, negotiated wholesale pricing deals with local car dealerships to offer a year of free carwashes with the purchase of a new vehicle. created a monthly newsletter and sourced emails from local businesses. all in all I would say we double or tripled the bottom line numbers of the business in six months and boosted google reviews thru the roof!

So, you can ignore the lien, but the eventual price tag will increase by 7.5% per year, meaning the lien will double every 13 years.

If there's a treaty for the avoidance of double taxation between the two countries, you should hopefully be able to credit your Portuguese income taxes against your US ones.Hope this helps.

If it cost you say $50k to build out a detailing space and you receive $600 monthly rent double net then you’ve got a 14% ROI.  

We have a huge number of people entering the market with even single/double wide's being listed as STRs, I think it's going to take 12-18 months to flush out a lot of these listings where people have obviously not run their numbers.
