Please share your experiences, likes and dislikes.  

If you still dislike it, it isn't too hard to knock out the "breast" of a fireplace as the mortar should be pretty soft...but then you need to replace it with something.

As much as I dislike carpet I may choose to install it rather than vinyl in the bedrooms to save a little to get a better return. 

I've had a few jobs and ended up disliking all of them, some sooner than others. 

Uo to you if you dislike your primary or your current duplex more.

I'm out of state so I rely heavily on Street View for getting idea of the lay of the land, but if you're local go for a drive and make a not of areas you like and dislike.

(some folks here in BP really dislike this software btw).For me personally this is overly too complicated and seems you could delay up to 30% AGI only ?

I don't find bringing new innovation to the world inspiring and I sure don't agree with the mindset that views society as a giant economy.There are a lot of things about this country that I dislike (including the corporate welfare and the political corruption on both sides), but as someone with kids, I have no choice but to hope that things get better (and do what I can to make them better, even in my own little way).

But everyone else has to decide what it's worth to them and highest offer/best terms wins.I dislike the term wholesale.
