The bookkeepers will slap me for this but since my needs are so limited, I could easily build this in Excel, use a transaction table and vlookups.Would prefer the cloud but will use a desktop application if I have to.Please save me from this research...ready to implement it and move on to investing.

Dang I'm not at a desktop right now but am dying to respond to all the awesome comments.

I am not a big fan of high cost software that runs on a desktop, I much prefer cloud apps, especially ones that sync and work seamlessly over multiple devices. 

I'll use LibreOffice Base.Right now all my stuff will be done from my PC so that's just fine.

Isn't this similar to a "desktop appraisal?" 

OF COURSE i would of loved to sub it out but i didnt have that option as im low income. plus, things like outlets in richmond va, electricians charge $35 a pc. i taught my 14yr old son how to do them because its so easy and it only cost $1.26 with tax.   

Try viewing it from a desktop or laptop. 

I have the issue whether using PC, samsung phone, or nexus notepad.
