It was for lack of communication (well actually none at all), lack of delivery of rent deposits, horrible bookkeeping, essentially they didn't hold up to what they said they could deliver.The 1st PM, in place after a long time didn't want to be a PM any longer.

The "as is, where is" applies to movable personal type property (cars, boats, equipment, mobile homes, etc.).......no delivery included, you take it from where it sits, and are responsible for moving it.
