New member needs advice

I am a new member and live in Pennsylvania.  I am interested in doing real estate investing and have wanted to do this for a vey long time.  I believe in education and have attended the flipping formula free seminar and then the next level. I have learned some really great information and have seen the power of their proprietary software "property Farm" which they say gives you information on real estate gathered fro many different sources and puts information in front of you without having to spend hours hunting around the Internet in places that are difficult to get info from. Trying to decide if I go further into the next level of the flipping formula. Anyone out there - can you advise if you have gone further and the value to doing so? Is the support there that they promise? is the software worth it and do they provide the financing they promise for wholesale deals when you follow all the steps?
